Pigs jaw with circular-shaped tusks from a c. 7-year old pig. This stage in the growth is called BÓ-WARE. The circular and later spiral-shaped growth of the tusks is achieved by knocking out the upper canines when the pig is young, so that the lower ones will not be worn down.
